Employment Law

The legislative framework for employment law is constantly changing. Over the past few years there has been a flood of legislation aimed at protecting workers and improving their rights. These include increased holidays, family friendly rights, stricter rules on employing workers from abroad, harsher penalties for non-compliance including imprisonment and a greater employment rights for workers who are not employees.

Now more than ever, employers need to take greater care to ensure they comply with the law as failing to do so can prove costly for their business.
